The reserves team is all about being ready and willing to step in wherever we need some extra help.
You’ll work around 8 hours each day, but no two days may look the same. You could be helping out in a kids group one day, and making hot chocolate mountains for one of the café teams the next… wherever we need an extra pair of hands, that’s where you’ll be!
You will need to provide your own tent, caravan or offsite accommodation but in return for your hard work we will provide you with an event pass and all your meals (dinner of Day 1 until dinner of Day 6) – what more could you want!?
You’ll be required to apply for a DBS certificate before we can confirm your place on this team. Information will be sent to you when we process your initial application but if you already have a DBS with Soul Survivor that is less than three years old then you won’t have to complete a new one – winner! Just drop us an email with the certificate number and we can take it from there.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE?
You’ll need to be 18 or over to join the reserves team.
WHEN WILL I NEED TO BE ON SITE?
From 3pm Day 1 – midnight Day 6! There’s a meeting on Day 1 for all teams at 3pm, followed by an individual team meeting where you’ll meet the Info team leaders who will let you know what the plan for the week is and you can pick up your wristband! You may wish to arrive in time to set up your tent before these meetings.
OK I’M INTERESTED, BUT HOW DO I APPLY?
We need reserve team members for each Soul Survivor week and for Naturally Supernatural and you can apply online using our booking system. If you haven’t done so already, you will need to register with the system (using the box in the top right of the screen) and then login. Book a place on the event of your choice and choose the option to book as a team member. It’s completely free to volunteer with us so you won’t have to give any payment details.
